Can I make last minute reservations?
- Certainly, just give us a call at (540) 580-5264. However, we cannot
guarantee service for last minute reservations.
Will you watch pets in your home?
- No. At this time, we do not board animals. We provide in-home care
only.
Will you watch any pet?
- With a few exceptions, we will be glad to sit for most pets. Exceptions
are on a case by case basis and depend on the type and temperament
of the animal.
What areas do you service?
- We currently provide services to: Bent Mountain, Boones Mill, Roanoke,
Salem and Vinton.
What is your reservation policy?
- We take reservations as far out as you want to make them. Since all major holiday periods and many weekends book
up quickly, it is best to make reservations as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee service for last minute
reservations.
Can I make last minute scheduling changes?
- Yes. We will make every effort to accommodate your changes.
When is payment due?
- Your payment can be made at any time. However, payment is due no later than 10-days after the completion of your
service or by the 15th of the month for our clients on monthly billing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards.
Do you require payment in advance for your services?
- No. Unlike many pet sitting/dog walking services, we do not require advance payment. Deposits are only required for
lengthy assignments in excess of 30-days.
What happens if our return date is changed while we are away?
- Not a problem. We will simply continue service until we are notified of your return.
