The Friendly Pet Sitter provides occasional service for vacation or business travel, midday dog walks, overnight pet and home care and a pet taxi.

Depending on the circumstances, any or all of the following may be
provided:

      pet feeding/watering
      dog walking
      administration of medication
      clean small animal cages
      litter box cleanup
      pet play & cuddle time

And, our out-of-town service includes:

overnight in-home pet care
indoor plant watering
retrieval of mail and newspapers
rotation of lights and window blinds or curtains
trash removal
custom arrangements

Pet Sitting

Designated as an alternative to boarding your pet in a kennel, "away from home
service," provides care for your pet in the comfort and security of your own home.
During your absence, FPS will visit your pet one to four times daily to feed,
socialize with, and exercise your pet according to your guidelines. Our goal is to
make your pet feel as comfortable as possible during your time away.

30 to 60 minute visits available 7 days/week for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, guinea
pigs, hamsters, ferrets, chinchillas, fish, and reptiles. Farm calls are taken on a
case-by-case basis. (Don't see your pet? Feel free to ask!)

Midday Dog Walks

If you work long hours and would like your dog to have some company and exercise in the middle of the day, we will provide the following services:

20 to 30 minute walks or playtime up to three times daily between the hours of 10am and 3pm Monday-Friday. Fresh water and treats. Pet accident cleanup. Daily journal entries, so you'll know how your dog's day went.

Pet Taxi

Can't get to the vets, daycare, and/or groomer? Take advantage of our pet taxi service - safe and on time. Delivery or drop-off and pick-up service available Monday-Saturday.

Home Care / Overnight Visits

Overnight stays available 7 days/week. Visits begin at 5:30 or 6pm and conclude the following
morning between 6 and 9am. Service includes: caring for your pet, gathering newspapers,
performing an overall house check, checking mail, watering houseplants, journal entries, and
custom requests.

MIDDAY DOG WALKS

10 minute potty break - $12 (1 dog)
20 minute walk - $15
30 minute walk - $17
(add an additional $2 for each additional dog)

PET SITTING VISITS

30 to 45 minute visit - $13-$18 (depending on requirements)
Overnight visits - $60 short-term rate (4 days or less); $50 long-term rate (5 days or more)

PET TAXI

1 trip for 1 pet for first 10 miles - $15
Round trip - $20
(each additional mile, add .30 cents; add $5 for each additional pet)

OTHER FEES

Holidays - $10 surcharge for all major holidays
(FPS recognizes the following holiday periods: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas through New Years Day)
Key pickup or return - $5
Late reservations - $15, made with less than three business days notice
Cancellation - $15, made with less than 24 hours notice
Returned checks - $25, for all checks returned for any reason
