Initial Consultation

Before using our service, we come to your house to meet you and your pet and to get you registered with our company. During the initial meeting, both parties will sign our service agreement, which clarifies roles and responsibilities. The service agreement covers you for any time you use our service. Part of this agreement will pertain to filling out information that will give us specifics about your pet and your home (i.e. feeding instructions, litter box care, and daily exercise routines).
